一、投稿類別
I. Submission Categories
（一）分會新聞：以分會所舉辦活動之成果報導、特色活動及重要紀錄為主。
（1）Subchapter News: Primarily for reporting achievements, featured activities, and important records of activities organized by Subchapters.
（二）心得分享：以參與常住、協會及分會活動之個人體會、學習收穫為主。
（2）Reflection Sharing: Primarily for personal reflections and learning experiences gained through participation in activities organized by the Monastery, BLIA Los Angeles Chapter, or Subchapters.
二、投稿內容原則
II. Content Principles
（一）投稿內容應符合人間佛教精神及道場規範。
（1） Submission content should align with the principles of Humanistic Buddhism and Monastery guidelines.
（二）月例會、常規讀書會及例行活動，原則不另作網站報導；特殊活動除外。
（2）Monthly meetings, regular book clubs, and routine activities will generally not be reported separately on the website, except for special activities.
（三）原則上不刊登佛事及涉及個人隱私之內容。
（3）As a general policy, content related to funeral, memorial, and ritual services, as well as matters involving personal privacy, will not be published.
（四）不刊登與常住、協會或分會活動無關之私人經歷或內容。
（4）Personal experiences or content unrelated to activities of the Monastery, BLIA Los Angeles Chapter, or Subchapters will not be published.
（五）稿件內若提及法師開示，請確認法師名字無誤、職稱與引用內容正確，避免過度詮釋。
（5）If a submission references teachings or talks by a monastic, contributors should confirm the monastic’s name, title, and quoted content are accurate, and should avoid excessive interpretation.
三、分會新聞投稿規範
III. Subchapter News Submission Guidelines
（一）建議字數：400–800字。
（1）Recommended length: 400–800 words.
（二）避免流水帳式紀錄。
（2）Avoid chronological, diary-style reporting.
（三）採只述不議原則。
（3）Follow the principle of objective reporting without personal commentary.
（四）涉及捐贈或公益活動，應著重活動精神與影響，避免以金額或個人捐贈作為報導重點。
（4）For donation or charitable activities, the report should emphasize the spirit and impact of the activity, and avoid making donation amounts or individual contributions the focus of the report.
（五）如活動由兩個（含）以上分會共同舉辦，建議由相關分會協調後，統一撰寫 1 篇新聞稿投稿，以避免重複報導。
(5) If an activity is jointly organized by two or more Subchapters, the participating subchapters are encouraged to coordinate and submit a single consolidated news article to avoid duplicate reporting.
四、心得分享投稿規範
IV. Reflection Sharing Guidelines
（一）建議字數：800字內。
（1）Recommended length: within 800 words.
（二）著重個人體會與學習收穫。
（2）Emphasize personal reflections and learning experiences.
（三）避免過度詮釋自己與他人修行境界。
（3）Avoid excessive interpretation of one’s own or others’ level of spiritual cultivation.
（四）同一活動或多分會參與，建議整合或擇優投稿；內容高度重複者，網站保留整合、編修或刊登與否之權利。整合投稿總字數原則上以 1,200 字內為宜。
(4) For the same activity or activities involving multiple Subchapters, integrated or selected submissions are encouraged. For highly repetitive content, the website reserves the right to consolidate, edit, or determine whether to publish. Integrated submissions should generally remain within 1,200 words.
五、投稿時效
V. Submission Timeline
（一）分會新聞：活動結束後3日內投稿為原則，最遲不超過1週。
（1）Subchapter News: Submission should generally be made within 3 days after the activity and no later than 1 week.
（二）心得分享：參與活動圓滿1週內投稿為原則。
（2）Reflection Sharing: Submission should generally be made within 1 week after completing participation in the activity.
（三）逾期投稿，網站保留刊登與否之決定權。
（3）For late submissions, the website reserves the right to determine whether to publish.
六、投稿格式規範
VI. Submission Format Requirements
（一）中文投稿內容一律使用繁體中文；協會英文網站接受英文投稿。
（1）Chinese submissions must use Traditional Chinese. English submissions are accepted through the Chapter’s English website.
（二）投稿前請確認錯字、標點及內容正確性。
（2）Please check for typos, punctuation, and factual accuracy before submission.
（三）照片須附圖說及拍攝者資訊，建議每張照片檔案大小不低於1MB，並以橫向拍攝為原則。
（3）Photos must include descriptions and photographer information. Each photo should preferably be at least 1MB and taken in landscape orientation.
（四）新聞稿照片以10張為上限；心得分享以5張為上限。
（4）News submissions may include up to 10 photos; Reflection Sharing submissions may include up to 5 photos.
（五）涉及寺院內禁止拍攝之公共區域（如大雄寶殿、殿堂內部或法會進行期間等）之照片，原則上不予刊登；網站僅刊登經西來寺文宣組授權使用之相關殿堂照片。
（5）Photos taken in restricted public areas within the temple grounds, such as the Main Shrine, temple interiors, or during Dharma services, will generally not be published. The website only publishes relevant interior temple photos authorized for use by the Hsi Lai Temple Public News & Media Department.
（六）投稿照片應留意人物表情、儀態及整體畫面，並尊重僧眾及參與者形象；不符合道場莊嚴或影響他人形象之照片，網站保留不刊登之權利。
（6）Submitted photos should be mindful of people’s facial expressions, demeanor, and overall composition, and should respect the image of monastics and participants. Photos that do not reflect the dignity of the Monastery or may negatively affect the image of others may not be published.
（七）投稿照片應保留真實呈現，不得過度修圖、使用AI合成人像或於圖片加註文字；不符合規範者，網站保留不刊登之權利。
（7）Submitted photos should preserve a truthful presentation and may not be excessively edited, use AI-generated human images, or contain added text. Non-compliant photos may not be published.
七、投稿審核流程
VII. Submission Review Process
（一）分會新聞原則上由分會統一投稿，並經分會長及輔導法師審閱後投稿。
（1）Subchapter News should generally be submitted by the Subchapter after review by the Subchapter President and the advising monastic.
（二）心得分享投稿前應由分會長過目，原則上由分會長或指定幹部統一投稿。
（2）Reflection Sharing should be reviewed by the Subchapter President prior to submission and should generally be submitted by the Subchapter President or a designated officer.
（三）所有投稿最終由網站編輯審核，並保留編修、調整及刊登與否之決定權。
（3）All submissions are subject to final review by the website editors, who reserve the right to edit, adjust, and determine whether to publish.
八、稿件修改規範
VIII. Revision Policy
（一）投稿後、刊登前，可提交修訂稿一次。
（1）After submission and before publication, one revised version may be submitted.
（二）刊登後如需修改，經說明理由並審核後，可修改一次。。
（2）After publication, one revision may be permitted upon explanation and approval.
（三）刊登後之修改，原則以更正錯字、資料錯誤或必要資訊為限。
（3）Post-publication revisions should generally be limited to correcting typos, factual errors, or necessary information.
九、投稿方式與處理時間
IX. Submission Method and Processing Time
（一）Google Form 投稿優先處理，原則上於1–2個工作天完成審核及安排刊登。
（1）Google Form submissions will receive priority processing and are generally reviewed and scheduled for publication within 1-2 business days.
（二）Email 投稿原則上於3個工作天內處理。
（2）Email submissions are generally processed within 3 business days.
十、編輯與刊登權

網站保留編修與刊登與否之權利；投稿即表示同意投稿須知與審核規範。
The website reserves the right to edit submissions and determine whether to publish them. Submission indicates agreement with these guidelines and review procedures.
